Regent at Plymouth is a 120-unit senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Care Suites. Designed to provide a continuum of care, the Care Suites operate similarly to skilled nursing, but under a private-pay model. The project was developed and owned by the principals of Crown Senior Living, LLC, in partnership with Tapestry Senior Housing Management, LLC. HUD provided both construction and permanent non-recourse financing.

This new construction project delivers thoughtfully planned residences and amenities to support comfort, safety, and quality of life for residents at every stage of care.
